Most vegetarians I know hate bocca burgers because they try to taste like "meat"!.!.!.which makes no sense to me!. If you are vegetarian!.!.!.you don't want meat!
Anyways!.!.!.I would recommend switching to veggie burgers (from either morning star or gardenberger) If you don't want to switch or you do switch!.!.!.try cooking either patty like this!.!.!.
heat a skillet to medium heat
put a pinch of olive oil on the patty (both sides)
place the patty on the skillet (don't touch the patty or move the patty once you set it on the skillet)
flip the patty over in 2 1/2 minutes
let the patty cook an additional 2 minutes on the other side (you only need to flip it once since you are warming the patty not cooking it)
add a slice of your favorite cheese and cook another 30 seconds
dress the whole wheat bun as you desire with your favorite veggies!.

I don't cook my vegan boca burgers in the little plastic bag they come in!. I put them on a plate an cook them for a minute and seven seconds!. Then I put it in a whole wheat vegan bun!. I then put lettuce and ketchup on the veggie burger!. I sometimes put hummus and lettuce on it or hummus and roasted veggies on it instead of lettuce and ketchup!. I hope you find a good way to spice up your old boring veggie burger into a tasty one!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just put it in the frying pan or on a grill
Make it with a fresh bun, either homemade or the ones you can get at the bakery case in the grocery store, toast the bun, put a leaf of lettuce on the bottom bun, place cooked burger on top, melt cheddar cheese on top of the burger, place a thin slice of tomato on top of that, add pickles, and ketchup and yellow mustard, place top half of the bun on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with an above poster, I hate boca burgers because they try to taste like meat, personally I like Dr Preger's veggie burgers (from costco, but it takes half an hour to cook and you can't touch them otherwise they fall apart)
Someone asked me today "isn't the point of veggie burgers to taste like meat" and my reply was "it's so we can go to BBQ and stuff and not feel left out"
TO ANSWER THE QUESTION:
You can stick them in the toaster oven if you have one
To give it variety, take a cue from in&out, animal style (I'm not sure exactly, but take onions and dice and cook them)
You can add veggies as toppings, like red pepper and corn
veggie BBQ sauce (I don't know any brands, make it: http://www!.vegparadise!.com/asknettie76!.h!.!.!.
Heat, chop them up and add to a salad, like a veggie cobb salad
make a wrap out of them (tortilla, lettuce, dressing, tomato, corn, chick peas)
eat them like a veggie gyro (probably a wrap w/ pita and tziki sauce
chop them up and turn into mexican food (taco, tostadas, enchilada filling)
That's all I can think ofWww@FoodAQ@Com

I have sauteed mushrooms and onions!. Add the boca burger and cook until heated through, break up the burger!. Add a bit of A1 steak sauce and stir until everything is coated!. Serve in a wrap or pita if you want a sandwich!. Or serve along side veggies!. This also tastes good on top of a salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
