What exactly is the "basic" vegetarian?!

Question: What exactly is the "basic" vegetarian!?
I ordered a vegetarian starter kit as well as cook books!.

But, I want to know exactly what I can have!.

Can I have milk and fish!?
I don't want to be vegan!. Just vegetarian!.

What is my limit!?
I want to be a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but then does that mean I am not technically a vegetarian!?

And can i still eat fish!?

Okay, thanks

Answers:
Strictly speaking no you would not be a vegetarian if you at fish!. Some have termed themselves pesecetarians which is a class of omnivore!.

I strongly encourage you not to eat fish as among issues of mercury contamination, over fishing (2nd only to beef in their negative environmental impact concerning the use of energy), but they are just as much alive as a chicken, cow, or pig!.

It is often because they are mistakenly considered healthy to eat and are more unlike humans not being mammals that people feel its ok to eat them but not other animals!. This is an illogical premise but often pescetarians will become full time vegetarians and later on vegans!. This is my hope for you but we each have our own paths in which I sincerely wish you the best : )Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vegetarians do not eat fish (fish is flesh of an animal)-

Whether you eat eggs & dairy is up to you!.
It depends how strongly you feel about your vegetarianism!.

Cow's milk and eggs are vegetarian, but not vegan!.

Best wishes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

being veg isnt about being technically veg, its about what you feel is right and wrong!. if you feel eating fish is ok, go for it, if you like milk, go for itWww@FoodAQ@Com
