its fine i think but what about other fruits and veges!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. there r many dear!.!.!.!.!. alll the best!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You're missing whole grains, nuts, and seeds!. You also only mention one fruit, it would be better to add more fruits to your diet!. Air popped popcorn is a fine snack, but you may want to eat something like fruits, nuts, or veggies, since popcorn contains no nutrients for your body!.

You need a wide variety of foods to stay healthy, eating the same thing every day is bound to be lacking in nutrients and will eventually get boring!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you need more beans/nuts/pulses for protein and more whole grains for carbs/fiber; also I would try to limit your soy intake to 2-3 servings a day at most (various studies have implied that too much soy can have adverse health effects)!. One of the funnest thing about being vegetarian is trying all sorts of new fruits and veggies, so feel free to experiment even if its just trying one new thing every week or soWww@FoodAQ@Com

You probably don't want to eat exactly the same diet every day!. Variety is really important so that you can get a wide spread of nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mmm that sounds good! XD but you might want to throw in some more bean/nut products, even though you have the soy stuff!.
That'd still be fine to eat every day though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds like you're missing some grains!. But it doesn't sound like a bad diet!. I always take a dietary supplement for good measure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yea!.!.!.i do that alotWww@FoodAQ@Com

That sounds good but it would sound better if you where to add some proiten like meat and maybe some more fruits!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
