Everyone has a few "oops" stories!. Mishaps just serve to remind you to read the label more thoroughly next time!. It doesn't make you non-vegan, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't worry about it, like the other girl said, we all make mistakes!. Just try to read the label!.

Me, I ate cheeseballs made with meat sauce and miso soup with fish powder in it for awhile after I went veggie, because the restaurant employees kept telling me there was no meat/fish in these things!.

I still consider myself vegetarian, because I did not intend to eat meat or fish at all, and when I found out about them, I immediately stopped them!.

Same with some unnecessary pills I was taking that had gelatin in them!. I was stressed and didn't even think about what the pill cap was probably made of!. When I realized this, I immediately stopped them, gave the remainder to someone else who might use them, and bought veggie-friendly ones!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

everyone makes mistakes; don't beat yourself up over it!. Each time you do something like that it just makes you realize how carefully you have to read labels!. I ate some chocolate once, having read the ingredients and thinking it was vegan!. Then I looked a second time and saw that somehow I had missed "butterfat"!.!.!.but really, accidents happen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Life is a journey we all have mishaps!. Don't let it bog you down!.!. Read your labels more carefully!. Like you I would have assumed that is was dairy free!.!.heck what is the point of Soy Yogurt if not to replace a dairy yogurt!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
