If you go to

there is a list that contains several types of veggie and meat hot dogs!. From scanning that list I think it is fair to say the veggie hot dogs are, in general, signifcantly better for you!.

It depends on how the veggie dogs are made! You can simply cut carrots to the length of weiners and boil them in a mixture of water and soya sauce!. (note you don't peel them you scrub them clean)!. After boiled use them in any hot dog buns!. most veggie dogs are made from carrot or tofu!. so why not make your own with carrots from garden or store!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

We tried veggie hot dogs in our house!. They have a totally different taste or lack of ingredients for meat hot dogs!. The bottom line for us is that we would rather have hot dogs made from turkey, chicken, or pork!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

considering hot dogs are suppose to be made with meat, waht do u think is in veggie hot dogs!. its prolly not made with stuff thats good for you, and if theres no meat its not a hot dog!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmm my friend eats them all the time (she's a vegetarian) and I don't know what brand she eats but as far as I know and have researched they're fine!. We had those hot dogs at my middle school last year!.!.!.
