Answers:
1!. A vegetarian doesn't eat dead animals!. This means no meat or slaughter byproducts, like gelatin, rennet, meat broths, lard or tallow!. Dairy products and eggs are acceptable because they come from living animals!. Vegans do not eat, use, wear or otherwise consume anything of animal origin whatsoever!. No meat, dairy, eggs, honey, slaughter byproducts, leather, suede, silk, wool, fur, down, pearls, etc!.

2!. Yes, done right it's very healthy!. There is no dietary requirement for animal flesh!. The nutrients found in it (iron, protein, zinc and B vitamins) are all found in other sources!.

3!. You may or may not have to take supplements!. A properly planned vegetarian diet requires no supplementation for most people but if you are prone to anemia (even meat eaters can be iron deficient) you may need to take an iron supplement!. Eat a variety of foods from all the vegetarian food groups and, if you have any symptoms of iron deficiency, have your levels checked before you supplement; excess iron can be toxic so nobody should be taking a bunch of it unless they need to!.

4!. It's easy if you make it easy!. Get a couple of good cookbooks and make food!. It's not any harder to prepare a vegetarian meal than it is to prepare a meal with a hunk of meat in the center of the plate!.

Tip: read "(The New) Becoming Vegetarian" by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina!. It's pretty much the bible of vegetarian nutrition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1) Vegetarians don't eat meat but still use dairy products, a vegan doesn't eat meat or use dairy products, or anything from an animal!.

2) Yes, it can be, and no it can't!. If you supply your body with enough protein and iron, you will be fine!. Just don't replace all that meat with just cheese or junk food, keep a balanced and healthy diet!.

3) If you want to, yes!. I would talk to a doctor!.

4) Of course! Go to www!.google!.com and type in Vegetarian Recipes, I get a lot from there! I also read a book called "A Teenager's Guide to Going Vegetarian!" I am also 16, and have been a vegetarian for almost 2 years!. Good luck and great choice! =DWww@FoodAQ@Com

First, the difference between vegetarian and vegan is that with a vegetarian, they just don't eat meat!. With a vegan, they don't eat any animal products such as milk or eggs!. It is healthy, just as long as you get protein substitutes!. Trying eat beans or eggs!. It should be pretty easy to find and prepare meals, just find some recipes that sound good and simple, and that don't have meat!. Hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whether you would find it easy to "find and prepare" meals would depend on your own prior experience!. If you've never shopped or cooked before, you're going to find it really hard to suddenly start doing these things!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well im sure you know what a vegetarian is but a vegan is someone who eats NO animal products whatsoever

i think there's some sort of tabelets you can take to replace you're "not eating meat"Www@FoodAQ@Com
