Answers:
YES it is safe!.
In fact I've some recipes using the pulp from my juicer in muffins & other meals!.
It might actually make a great smoothies too!.
also if you garden wonderful addition to your compost!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm with lo!. I compost the leftovers from my juicer!. Every now and then I'll save it for a soup/stew base, but beyond that, it is just unappetizing to me!.
I'm sure you could try to blend it into a smoothie, but just remember that the pulp is HIGHLY fibrous!. You might want to stick around the facilities once you drink it down!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm sure that that would be a very good idea!. And it probably wouldn't taste as bad as you think!. :] That's actually a very smart idea so that you don't waste the food, and I don't doubt that it's healthy, nutritious, and safe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personally I find the pulp left over from juicing unpalatable in any form!.

I put it on the garden; that way it's not wasted and I don't have to drink/eat itWww@FoodAQ@Com
