11!.
I really like the versatility of tofu!. It's delish and a great source of protein and calcium!. I can make it taste however I want for the various dishes that I prepare!.!.!.who could ask for anything more!?!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most tofu I would give an 8 because of it's ease of use, great substitution for eggs, and versatility in a variety of dishes!.

I would only give it an 8 because I always buy the extra-firm but still it's not as firm as I would like it!.

This all changed when I discovered Super-firm at my local Trader Joe's, which is even harder than extra-firm!. I would give the super-firm a 10+ easy!.

I bet you can make your own smoked tofu at home!. Just buy regular tofu, drain and press it, then saute it in a bit of oil over medium heat and add small amounts of "liquid smoke"!. Liquid smoke is a seasoning and can be found in many grocery stores!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

9--I'm pretty good at cooking the stuff, if I do say so myself!. I just have trouble cutting the pieces evenly!. I have, however, mistressed the art of the freeze and press!.

At Asian restaurants, it's usually an 8!.

There are a couple local salad places that offer tofu, but they don't cook it, so a 3 for them, and please grill the stuff, okay!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

10!!! (i would have said 32 had that been an option!)
i LOVE tofu!.!.!.!.!.love love love it!.
i think i could eat my body weight in tofu!.
