If i eat veggies with sea salt added that i addon through out the day?!

That sounds good!. But you don't have to just use sea salt--there are lots of great seasonings that you can use!. My current favorite is a maple jalepeno seasoning mix that I found in an online catelog!. Just check the labels of the spices because some aren't vegan-friendly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
