Suggestions for trying out being vegetarian?!
So!.!.!. I just got back from a long trip and have no food in the house!. I'm trying to eat healthier and lose a little weight, and I've been thinking of going vegetarian for various health/ethical reasons anyway!.

If you want to find some amazing recipes, go to peta!.org and check out their recipe section!. It is divided into meal sections (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and you can also choose recipes from different ethnic groups, such as Indian or Chinese!. Peta will also send you a great vegetarian starter kit for free with info on why vegetarians are healthier, etc!., and will provide you with a healthy, vegetarian grocery list!.

If you're into imitation meat, there are recipes that can be found on the company's website, e!.g!. Boca crumbles taco, etc!. You could also easily insert fake meat where real meat is required in other recipes!.

go to your local book store borders/ barnes and nobel etc/!. and in the cooking section they have a ton of vegetarian/vegan cookbooks sit down and flip through the pages to find some that are appeasing to you!. I do this all the time and have found various recipies!. u can write them down in a notebook when u find one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Watch the movie ''Fast Food Nation" but only if your serious about being a vegetarian!. I watched it while I was a veggie and I'm more devoted than ever!. It will essentially make you to sick to eat meat EVER again!. Great movieWww@FoodAQ@Com
