Answers:
The diarrhea might be normal as your body adjusts to the new diet!. The cramping, heat flashes and clammy skin would not be!. You sound sick to me!. How well your body adjusts to the new diet depends on how good your new vegetarian diet is!. Not all vegetarian diets are healthy!. You need to find a balanced one that works for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

we can't answer this!.
it could be a virus, a bacterial infection, or your body adjusting to your diet for all we know!.
people get diarrhea, cramps, etc!. for various reasons!.!.!.!.and it's likely that it has nothing to do with your diet!.
you'll be hard pressed to find many vegetarians that have gone through these symptoms simply from switching their diet!.
if it goes on for longer than 3 or 4 days, visit your doctor!.!.!.!.!.they'll give you a more definitive answer than we will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This doesn't sound like it would be related to the diet change, though that is a possibility!. Make sure you still are getting all of your nutrients in various ways!. If you still are getting the same nutrients, I would talk to a doctor if the symptoms continue!.

Hope you feel better and good luck being a vegetarian <3 LoliWww@FoodAQ@Com

Not to laugh at your situation but You could have a BUG, or have eaten something bad(out)!.
If you had gone RAW VEGAN I would agree it could be detox but not from a regular Veggie diet!.
It is very typical that you are blaming going Veggie when if you eat meat you are at a much great risk for the problems you described!.
Treat it as a bug or bad food!. Do not let your self get dehydrated!. If it persist go to your doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not sure!.!.!. I didn't go through anything like that, but everyone is different!.

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water!. Make sure you're taking a multi-vitamin, and getting enough Vitamin B12!. If it's diet related, that will help!.

I have to agree with the other answerer, though!. It sounds like you have the flu or some kind of stomach bug!. I hope you feel better!Www@FoodAQ@Com

sounds like the stomach flu to me!. Eat mild, bland foods and drink gatorade and wait a day or two (unless you get really weak and dizzy--then go to the doctor, you may be dehydrated)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stop being a vegetarian and start eating a nice juicy steak, or better yet, a rack of lamb!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I never went through that either!. I would say that you have picked up some sort of bug going around!. I would go and see a doctor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree--it sounds as if you picked up some bug!. Drink lots of fluids, eat bland foods, and get lots of rest!. It should pass in a few days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your body is adjusting new diet situation just drink Orange Juice and eat Veggie salad or Fruit salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I never went through that myself!. Your symptoms sound more like the flu!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
