When you press tofu, do you press the whole block or a bunch of slices?!

Question: When you press tofu, do you press the whole block or a bunch of slices!?
Which works better!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I always press the tofu in the whole block, this way it's less likely to fall apart while pressing and it takes up less space on the counter!. Then after 30 minutes or so I cut it up and cook with it or stick it in a marinade!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is fine to do the whole thing, I do it is better to do it this way as the drier it is the quicker it browns and is more crispy!.

I make it into many dishes, marinate it for tofu kabobs and in a baked dish with chinese veg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

in slices cookes better that wayWww@FoodAQ@Com
