We made a fantastic vegan White Bean Chili yesterday and I'm still eating it!. I'm a little too lazy to write out the recipe, so I'm basically just on here to brag about it :) It was soooo good though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggie & corn soup - you'll need a stockpile vegetables for that (2 medium grated carrots, 4 big fresh tomatoes puree (blender)
, spinach, 2 diced onions, corn, 1/2 teaspoon cornflour, milk)
Hit oil, fry onions and spinach
add tomatoes puree, carrots, corn and stir
Add milk, cornflour stir
Add water and salt to tasteWww@FoodAQ@Com

Goat's Cheese tart

Spread out 1 pack ready rolled puff pastry on a baking tray!.

Gently fry 3 x red onions for at least 20 mins until brown and sweet and soft!. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar at the last minute!.

Spread the onions on top of the pastry!.

Dot with cherry tomatoes (halves will do)

Dot with generous blobs of goat's cheese!.

Pop in oven for 15-20 mins until pastry is cooked and cheese is starting to brown!.

Enjoy with green salad (rocket works really well) and crusty bread!.

cut into slices red and orange peppers with chop up corquettes, mushrooms, cherry toms and thick slices of onion!.!.!.!.put into roasting dish pour over olive oil cook for 25 mins!. make up a packet of cous cous (tesco med for me is the best) 20 mins into cooking roast veg wrap goats cheese in foil and put into oven!.
place cous cous onto plate or serving dish, put roast veg on top and then the melted goats cheese!.!.!.!.!.delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

*Juice!. Any!.
*Bread/ Sandwiches!. With tomatoes , Lettuce leaves and shredded cabbage!.
*1 potato!. Microwave and mashed with cheese!.
*Boiled Carrots, baby corn, French Beans!. Use some dressing on them!.
*Some Parsley on them!. Will make up for greens!.

*1 cup Cantaloupe diced!. Or half a cantaloupe
1/2 cup Ice cream!.

Cauldron lincolnshire vegetarian sausages (hot)
tomato and herb cous-cous (hot or cold)
Gruyere cheese (diced or in strips)
green salad with black olives (rocket water cress basil iceberg lettuce)
tomato and beetroot salsa
fresh ciabatta or fresh french bread
honey and mustard salad dressing
Delicious nutritious and not too expensive
