Tzatziki Sauce
16 oz!. plain yogurt
I large English cucumber- peeled, seeded and diced
2 TBS olive oil

salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 TBS chopped fresh dill
3 cloves garlic, peeled
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor!. Put in a bowl and chill for 1 hour in the fridge!.
Raita

3 TBS minced fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp salt

Place the drained yogurt in a medium bowl!. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine!. Place, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool and blend!. Stir well and serve!.

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 TBS mayonnaise
1 tsp red wine vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
