Vegan help! Snack ideas?!
What are some great vegan snacks to eat at home!?
I had some blueberries earlier and they were divine!. What do you snack on!? I need ideas for tomorrow!.
I would love tasty, nutritious snacks because I am a health freak!.

Answers:
I fill a can with equal amounts of cashews, raisins and carob chips, and shake well to mix!. It's my son's favorite snack to have on car trips!.
Personally, I can't resist raw cashews!. Once I open a bag, *poof!* they're gone!.
Baby carrots with cashew ranch dressing is another fave!.
also good: mix natural peanut butter with a little bit of organic cocoa powder and some agave nectar!. Spread on bananas, (or banana chunks) then roll bananas in chopped nuts and freeze on waxed paper!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tsp!. canola oil
1 tsp!. sugar
1/2 tsp!. cinnamon
Heat oven to 400°F!. Coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray!.
Wash potatoes!. Cut into thin slices, and place in large bowl!. Pour oil onto the palms of your hands!. Gently rub oil onto sweet-potato slices, tossing to combine!. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, tossing in bowl to coat evenly!.
Place slices in a single layer on prepared baking sheet!. Bake 20 minutes!. Turn chips over and bake until slightly crisp, about 5 minutes!. Transfer to plate; cool 5 minutes and serve!.

I like quaker simple harvest bars, graham crackers smeared with rice mallow, tofuti cream cheese alternative spread on bagels, peanut butter apples, chocolate soymilk, leftover cornbread heated up with a dab of vegan garden spread, philly swirl popsicles, 1/2 cup of cool whip mixed with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, pickles!.!.!.I could go on forever :) We love to snack around here!. Eating is like spiritual to us!. Feed your body; feed your soul!.

I make my own fruit cups!. Takes a little prepping but well worth it!. I always put in melon bits, and different kinds of berries!. Sometimes I'll use some more "exotic" fruits like papaya and mango!. Kiwi is a great snack!.

Fruit leather is really good for a snack!. Same with raisins, granola bars, pita with hummus, fresh fruit, and all natural fruit Popsicles!.
