Ppppbbbb, these people!.!.!.

You've survived this long!.!.!. you'll be fine!.
First, protein is in everything -- every living thing on the planet!. You cannot avoid it!. No, there is no difference between protein from meat, or a bean, or a blade of grass!. The only difference it your ability to digest certain foods!. For example, some highly cooked and processed junkfood, or fresh ripe organic fruit!.

Calcium is just as common as protein!. Do not take calcium tablets!. You can have a problem by doing that!.!.!. you can create an imbalance!. Really!. See, in nature, everything is balanced!. If you eat naturally, whole foods etc!., you will also be balanced!. People become imbalanced by consuming imbalanced foods (or other lifestyle habits, stress, pollution, etc!.!.!.!. but mainly it's the food)!.

B12!. First, you need very little B12!. B12 is found in the poo of bacteria!. Yup!. So, where do you find it!? Where bacteria are!? Everywhere!. When do you eat bacteria!? Oh, all the time!. There are bacteria in your mouth, in your intestines, on your food!.!.!. but these days we cook and sterilize nearly everything and do not drink or eat anything that has dirt on or in it!.!.!. etc!. People consume few fermented foods!.!.!. instead of traditionally fermented pickles for example, we just eat these fake vinegar-made pickles!.!.!. that actually are made with white vinegar which will help kill off the good bacteria in your digestive tract!.

Anyway!.!.!. you get the idea!.

Aaah, don't be worried!. Eat a well rounded healthy diet and you will be fine!. Jeez man, look around, there are people that literally live on a diet of 95% junkfood and they are still alive!. Not very healthy, but alive!. If you look at all of the people who develop B12 deficiencies!.!.!. they are all meat eaters who basically have a very bad lifestyle and diet -- junk fooders!. Probably for every million people like this with a B12 problem there is one weirdo vegan person who is trying to live on a diet of water and air who has a b12 problem!. Chimps, with identical digestive system to humans, live in trees, eat no meat, eat mainly fruit, rarely go to the ground thus little contact with dirt, etc!. and HEY where do they get their B12!? Think about it!. They don't cook their fruit, or process it, or ferment it!.!.!. they take no vitamin pills, they don't worry about protein or calcium!.!.!. Sure, a few bugs here and there!.!.!. bacteria growing on the skin of fruit!.!.!. bacteria in their gut, bacteria in their mouth!.!.!. we need very little!. B12 is just propaganda, as with all those other vitamins!.!.!. it's all about selling pills man!.

You should also know by now that protein is made up of!.!.!.!.
That's right, amino acids!. We don't use proteins, we use amino acids!. We break down proteins into amino acids before using them!. What foods contain amino acids!? What foods have amino acids!? Look it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you eat any green veggies!? the darker they are the more protein! beets, spinach, broccoli, kale, kelp also contain iron which is really more important than protein! also you should eat a fruit with each meal! Tomato is a fruit! As for calcium tablet check with your doctor!.!. you might have sufficient calcium in your system!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're eating peanut butter and eggs you're getting plenty of protein!. And if you're taking a multi and b-12 you won't have any growth or nutritionally related health problems!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you keep taking a multi-vitamin, and you make an effort to get enough protein, you'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Multi-vitamins and calcium tablets will have no effect on your protein intake either way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well um try to eat protein filled vegi food such as pinto beans or lentils im a vegetarian since born and im in 6th and im perfectly fine lots of vegetarians r fine u just need to continue at itWww@FoodAQ@Com
