Question: I need some VERY easy, simple, quick vegitarain recipes!?
hey!. im a vegitarian, but sometimes its hard to find stuff to eat other that pasta,junk food, and boca burgers(meatless burgers) if you have some meat-less recipes, please let me know!

Answers:
Homemade black bean and brown rice burger!.

Cook a cup of brown rice, you only need 1 cup cooked, but it makes more, but since it takes so long to cook, save it and have it w!. some veggies another day!.

Take a 15!.5 oz can of black beans and drain and rinse them!.
Them mash them with a fork in a medium bowl!.

Stir in 1 lightly beaten egg (i only use the egg whites personally) and the rice (one cup cooked)

Add about 2-3 tbsp of your favorite salsa and mix together well!.

Pour about 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet and preheat on med!. heat!.

Drop about 1/2 cupfuls of mixture onto skillet usually makes 4-5 and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, be careful they're not very sturdy!.

I like to add some pepper jack cheese on top and let it melt!. And then add some taco sauce!. VERY TASTY, AND HEALTHY

you could add lettuce and tomatoe, or salsa and sour cream!.!.versatile

Parmesan Potato Skins

Preheat oven to 400 F

Depending on how many people will be eating this!.!.!.Take and lightly scrub some russett potatoes!.!.!.2 large ones is enough for my fiance and I!.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and add some olive oil tilt the pan around so the pan is mostly lightly covered!.

Slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices!.

put them on the pan and add salt and pepper!.!.!.add a generous amount if you actually want to taste them

Toss the potatoes in the oil salt & pepper on the pan so they are all evenly covered, you may need to add a little more olive oil!.

Top it with some Parmesan cheese, be generous on each slice of potato!.

Put it in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes, they should be light-golden brown!.

It's not as complicated as it sounds, they are delicious, and a healthier alternative to french fries!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u can find some really amazing stuff at a asian supermarket!. they have a wide varities of vegiterain items!. i personaly love this veggie ham!. its made from soy beans and it taste better that the real thing!. i would saute it in a pan with a little bit of oil, add in some fried tofus, a little bit of chilli sauce depending how spicy u want it, i add about half a tablespoon add half tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt!. stir them well, then add about half a cup of water, let the water bubble and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to make roasted portabella mushrooms topped with chevre and garlic!. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth, spread with chevre cheese (this is extremely good, spreadable french cheese - you're a vegetarian, not a vegan, right!?!?!?!.!.!.) and top the cheese with minced garlic!. I can't stop recommending mock chicken salad sandwiches and bbq tempeh sandwiches!. They are both super simple, fast, and tasty! In the mock chicken salad, I like to add crushed walnuts and halved grapes instead of green peppers!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can always fry up a pan of tofu and serve it with ketchup or any other condiment!. There's precut veggies heat them in a frying pan with some spices olive oil and red wine vinagrette and it's pretty damned good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
