The pizzas in Pizza Hut are full of grease as you must be able to see, so the base alone is fattening!. Then you've got the cheese on top - full of fat, not good for your skin!.
I eat vegan pizzas at home, theyre not greasy and i have only vegetables on top, so pizzas can be very healthy; depending what you put on them, they can contain all the nutrition you need - carbs, protein, fat, vitamins etc!. All of these are good as long as you don't have too much!.
Maybe you could ask for less cheese, so that you will be able to get the calcium you need but without it being an unhealthy amount :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pizza is one of the more nutritious fast foods out there!. If you aren't trying to lose weight, it's a good choice!.
Unless you have sodium-sensitive high blood pressure, salt is not very bad for you!. You don't want to eat tons of salt at every meal, but you don't have to avoid salty foods completely!.
Pizza does contain saturated fat from the cheese, but in exchange, you get great nutrition!. When you don't have the time or desire for a healthy, homecooked meal, it's fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Foods high in sodium such as pizza may increase the risk of high blood pressure (hypertension)!.
Pizza, despite what some may say, is never healthy!.
It should be either something you eat rarely or not at all!.
Pizzas are generally high in saturated fat (which clogs arteries-particularly if it's a cheesy pizza), calories and salt!.
Pizza should certainly not be consumed regularly, keep your diet balanced!.
If you *DO* want to eat pizza, make it at home!. It works out healthier and your body will thank you for it!.
NEVER use fast foods as a way to gain weight!. Fast foods are NOT a healthy source of calories!. Healthy calorific foods include nuts and seeds such as almonds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's cooked the same way as the rest of the pizzas, minus the meat, so it will stillbe very greasy and fatty!. It still has the same amount of cheese, so it isn't good for you!. The base would be filled with carbohydrates!.
Try making your own so you can control how fatty and carbohydraty is isWww@FoodAQ@Com

I don't believe this takes to much explaining!.
Pizza contains cheese which right away is horrible for you!.!.!.
Next you have all that grease that comes with a commercially made pizza!.
Pizza is loaded with carbs, not necessarily a bad thing!.!.!. but it can be!.
Other than that if you want to eat it go right ahead!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well pizza hut just has crappy food, it doesn't matter what you do to the food (make it veggie) it will still have a lot of preservatives and other junk in it!. not to mention the MSG!. that stuff is the epitomy of unhealthiness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Vegan pizza, in moderation, is good for you!. At 6 foot tall and 130 pounds you should be talking to your doctor about a weight gain plan, not YA!. When wanting to put on weight good carbs are your friend, along with a good exercise plan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Pizza in general is not healthy!. Of course, if you go to pizza hut, getting a vegetarian pizza would also be much better than getting something really unhealthy at pizza hut!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
