Answers:
Just find a cake mix without the eggs and dairy!. Then use soy milk and egg replacer!. It will not be the same as real cake but it is pretty good!. You could also just do it from scratch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i have a recipe for AMAZING vegan cheesecake!
my boyfriend thinks that it is better than regular cheesecake!.!.!.
its kinda pricey--but worth it, in my eyes! (usually around $10 for everything)
Ingredients:
--------------------------------------!.!.!.
Crust:
2 c!. granola of choice( cherry vanilla is my chioce!)
4 Tbsp!. Earth Balance margarine
2 Tbsp!. light brown sugar
1 tsp!. ground cinnamon
Filling:
8 oz!. Tofutti Sour Supreme
16 oz!. Tofutti cream cheese
1 c!. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp!. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp!. lemon juice
2 tsp!. vanilla extract
1 tsp!.salt
Instructions:
--------------------------------------!.!.!.
Preaheat oven to 325 degrees!. Grind granola in a blender to the consistency of coarse flour!. Transfer granola to a mixing bowl and add cinnamon and sugar, make sure to mix the ingredients well!. Melt margarine and add to the granola mixture and mix well!. Press mixture into a 9" springform pan or deep dish pie pan!.
With an electric mixer, blend all the filling ingredients until smooth!. Pour into crust and bake for 25 minutes until just golden brown!. Let cool and chill for 3 hours before serving!.

i usually subsitute the sugar with agave when making the crust---and only add half of the recommended sugar for the cake( adding a bit of agave instead)
for the topping i get frozen berries from whole foods or traders--let them defrost and mix them with a little agave!.

you can you normal cake mix!.(lots are vegan)
when it tells you to add eggs add!.!.egg replacement is 2 tbsp water mixed with 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tspn of baking powder!. Mix together well before adding!. per egg!.!.
