Answers:
I would do herby cous cous and a dish of slow roasted yellow and red peppers - take the skin off once roasted and pour a generous amount of good olive oil over!. Marinade with some salt black pepper and garlic for a few hours and serve cold!.

tip - if serving the cous cous, use a little yogurt pot as a mold for the cous cous for each plate - it leaves very stylish little mounds and looks very professional!.

Nice menu by the wayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Menu sounds lovely, I would serve the following:-
Jersey Royal potatoes, steamed then pan roasted in olive oil, baby veg ie!. corn, asparagus, french beans, mange tout/sugar snap peas, fennel
Enjoy your meal

edit - I love the idea of the cous cous moulds, but it's awkward to eat with a knife and fork!.

PS That thumbs down thing is just so ignorant, don't let the morons upset youWww@FoodAQ@Com

Love your menu! A nice variety of flavours! I would serve wild rice with your main meal, its got a slightly nutty flavour but it wouldn't over power the garlicky mushrooms or tofu! It would compliment the meal nicely! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think the cous-cous is a good idea, I'd prefer a nice risotto, with the minced stems of the portabellas, parmesan and herbs, it can't help but compliment your main dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can have a tofu pasta dish!.have vegies in it!.!.its reallyy nice!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yum all sounds good, you dont want to upstage the muchrooms so maybe keep it simple with some new potatoes well seasoned, drizzled with olive oil maybe a knob of butter and herbsWww@FoodAQ@Com

what about some creamy pasta!. / coleslaw typed dish!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
