What r some things in food that vegetarians should look out for?!

Gelatin is a big one, and most foods say "natural flavors" or something like that, and a lot of times that means some type of meat by-product, so it can be very hard to tell!. Rennet is also something to stay away from!.
And there are some foods, (take Mcdonald's french fries for example) which would seem perfectly vegetarian, but they definitely are not!. Basically anything that is processed tends to have a higher likelihood of having meat products in it!.
