What are the benefits of becoming vegetarian and what all is involved?!
I was just curious to know what the health/physical/mental beneftis are of becoming a vegetarian!. Why!? What were the results you saw after doing it, and what is involved!?

I was only 14 when I made the switch!.!.!. since I was already healthy, I didn't see many changes!. One benefit is that high cholesterol runs in my family and my doctor said I don't need to take any cholesterol-lowering drugs!. I also have a lot of energy and don't get sick very often!.
The American Dietetic Association says that vegetarians have “lower rates of death from ischemic heart disease; … lower blood cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and lower rates of hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and prostate and colon cancer” and that vegetarians are less likely than meat-eaters to be obese!.

It's pretty easy to go veg!. There's no one right way to do it; some people become vegetarian overnight while others take several months or more to gradually transition!. It can be useful to meet with a dietician who can help you plan healthy meals, but that's not necessary!.!.!. People are so worried about curing cancer, they don't see that they can prevent it by not eating such things!

I am vegan!. Which means that I don't eat milk, eggs or anything that comes directly or indirectly for animals!. Physical and mental health all come from the nutrients that you ingest!. As long as you give your body good nutrients to work with you will be health, full of energy and mental alert!.
Look at what you would be depriving yourself of if you ate meat: Heart trouble, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, arthrites, and the list goes on!. A lot of people look at the list and say "I eat meat and I don't have any of those things"!. But you know that science has shown that meat causes and contributes to these things!. Anyone who says differently wants to be blind!. What things will you be getting with a veg*tarian diet!. There is nothing that has been shown to be a negative when it comes to a well, balanced veg*tarian diet!.
What is involved would be to replace your meat with vegetable sources!. Beans, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruit are all you need to have!. Look at VegWeb!.com for recipes or just use your recipes with the above!.

Do you really think garlic stinks!? I find it smells wonderful!. Onions the same!. You don't fry your steak with a spinkling of garlic on it!? You don't have onions on your taco!. I think your lying a bit if you say these things stink!.

u get more different vitamins and stuff and ur not eating once living creatures that had a life and maybe a family who was living they were you but just smaller
