Absolutely!. Is there a difference between Almonds and Peanuts!? Peanuts are Legumes and Almonds are a true nut!. If you look on the side of the jars of the two in the Nutritional Information block you can compare and contrast them easily!.
By and large:
Almond Butters have 2!.4 g protein
9!.46 g fat
3!.39 g carbohydrayte
Peanut Butters 3!.98 g protein
7!.80 g fat
3!.55 g carbohydrate
Yes, you can use either of them or any of the other nut butters -- like
Macademia Nut Butter
Cashew Butter
also
Hemp Butter which contains awesome amounts of Omega 3, 6 & 9 and protein -- and No it is a different species from Canabis and you cannot get 'High' on it!.

Two tablespoons of Peanut Butter contains 190 calories and 16 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein!. Two tablespoons of Almond butter has 190 calories,16g!. of fat, 7g!. protein!.

In general, almond butter isn't that much better for you: it has !.5g less saturated fat,1g!. more fiber and 1g!. less protein, also Almond Butter tends to cost more $$!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are some differences!. In fat content, they're about the same!. However, almond butter has more monounsaturated fat, which is really good for you!. Peanut butter has more protein!. Almond butter has more calcium, iron and vitamin E!. In terms of nutrition, almond butter is probably a better choice, but they're pretty interchangeable!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

One thing i know is almond butter is alkalizing while peanut butter is acidic!. So almond is better in that sense less likely you'll get acid reflux!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
