Answers:
I'm a vegetarian!.
A vegetarian eats no meat but does use dairy!.
A vegan has no dairy!.
What they do to those poor animals is more than slaughter, its torture!.
Look at some of these investigations and you ll be a vegetarian in a second!.
http://www!.petatv!.com/veg!.html
Please watch and go vegetarian!.
My WHOLE family went vegetarian for me!.
If you re family wont maybe they will at least make you a veggie stir fry instead of chicken!.
And get you some boca(meatless but great tasting!) burgers, nuggets, chick 'n patties, corn dogs, hot dogs, and all of those BOCA products are meatless and tasty!
Plus they give you approx!. the same amount of protein(soy protein) as beef, but with 99!.9 percent less fat!.
You'll still need protein, they make soy protein crumples!. They are like a ground beef substitute!.
also Tofu is tasteless, full of protein, meatless, and will take the flavor of whatever you flavor it with,
I don't know many recipes, searching for some myself!.
But go vegetarian!.
Do it for your health
Do it for the environment
Do it for those poor animals!.
Hope you are successful in your journey in going vegetarian!.

No meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I call myself a "vegitarian" just because it is a commen word and most people know what to feed me if I call myself this!. Technically I am a "pescatarian" because I still eat fish!. I true vegitarian eats NO meat, however, they do still eat animal products (milk, cheese, eggs, yogurt, ice-cream)!. A vegan on the other hand is someone who eats no meat and no animal products (no milk no cheese no eggs no yogurt no ice-cream)!. I suggest becoming a vegitarian its a great lifestyle!. If you think you are going to have trouble giving up all meat and have trouble with getting enough protein in your diet I suggest not giving up fish!. (Please buy wild fish though, at least they lived a good life before they died whereas farmed fish live in misery, I know its more expensive but it is worth it and tastes better)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, I felt the same way!. But, a vegetarian means you eat only fruits and veggies!. I was a vegetarian for a year, but I don't like veggies, figure that out! I started to eat a little meat and then back to normal!. If you research meat and stuff you will see that a lot of the meat is immatation meat or from bad or mean animals! So, its ok!Www@FoodAQ@Com
