I'm a vegan and from what I've seen according to definitions is that a vegetarian is simply a person with a diet that is predominantly vegetables and/or fruits!. Don't worry apparently there some pretty passionate vegetarians out there!. By the way I'm vegan for medical reasons and I started adjusting in a way similar to what you're doing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

any attempts to limit meat are a good thing i think- so dont let the criticism from these strict veggies get to you!. you are making good progress and i think most people start with something like what you are doing!. and on the stool thing- just eat plenty of fiber it will balance out eventually!. good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you cant be a semi-Vegetarian!.you still eat meat so your no a Vegetarian!.you don't eat meat or become a Vegetarians!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is no such thing as a semi vegetarian!. Not eating meat at one meal does not make you even close to being a vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are not even semi veg if you eat pork!. Plus there is no semi veg!. It is veg or not veg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
