If you can't have egg or dairy, what do you eat when you go to a restaurant?!
Answers:
Well, I usually choose to go to restaurants with lots of veg options!. At Mexican restaurants I get quesadillas filled with veggies and ask them to hold the cheese!. I also get burritos with veggies, guacamole, etc!. but no cheese or sour cream!. At Italian restaurants, I order pasta with tomato sauce or pizza with no cheese and extra tomato sauce!. Indian and other ethnic restaurants have lots of options!.
If I'm at a restaurant where salad is the only vegan thing on the menu, I usually ask the server if the chef could whip up a simple vegan entree for me!. Most places are able to accommodate requests like this, unless it's a fast food chain!.
There are even some decent vegan options at fast food restaurants!. These restaurant guides are useful:

Don't eat in restaurants unless they are health conscious or vegetarian based!. The best places to eat are Asian restaurants like East Indian or Japanese!. I'm sure you will find a nice selection of non dairy dishes, on the menu, of either of the two!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
stirfry, soup, anything with veggies and meat (careful with mashed potatoes, they could have dairy and no pasta because they can contain eggs) and rice is a good choice tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
