Question: How do I know if I'm getting enough protein!?
I have been a vegetarian for one year, but I still eat dairy (eggs, milk, cheese) and fish!. I eat lots of dairy and fruits and vegitables!. I also eat soy products like tofu!.

Let's clear up one thing!. Vegetarians do not eat fish!.

Now, how do you know you're getting enough protein!? 1) You're getting between 1,500 and 2,000 calories a day!. 2) They're not primarily junk food!.
