Food plan...?!


Question: Food plan!.!.!.!?
hi, could you tell me if i was to eat this kind of food plan every single day would i loose weight, put on weight, or somthing else

8:00 - Branflakes / Weetabix
11:00 - 1 Apple
1:30 - 2 banana sandwichs and a fruit and nut bar
6:30 - some dinner, with about 500 calories in it
8:30 smoothie (300 - 500mls)Www@FoodAQ@Com

This looks like a really healthy lifestyle! But you would need to mix things up a bit, say eating carrots or oranges instead of apples and bananas all the time!. I have a similar diet to this and i have an awful lot of energy even if I'm running once or twice a day!. You would put on weight if you didn't use up some of this energy!. But I will say that you will have the most healthy clear skin!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I saw this kind of diet in the net but I forgot the website!. This menu was given and it told me that you would lose 3 kilos (maybe about 6-7 pounds) in 10 days!.

Early Morning
Amla water ( 4-5 soaked overnight)!.

Breakfast
1bowl of papaya
1 bowl of sprouts and
Lemon water/kheera juice!.

Mid-morning
1 glass of Coconut water/kheera juice/tomato juice!.

Lunch
? glass of warm water ? hour before lunch!.
1 plate salad
Vegetables (all, except potato and arbi)
Curd (I katori vegetable raita)
2 bran roti (50% wheat flour and 50 % bran) with stuffing of onion/palak/methi/gobhi etc)!.

Evening Tea
1 bowl fruit (guava, oranges and mausambi)

Dinner (by 8 pm)
1 bowl of chicken and salads
or
Fish/egg ( 1yellow and 2 egg whites) and salads
or
Paneer and salads
or
Nutrela and salads

Take ? glass of warm water after dinner!.

AVOID: Banana, chiku, grapes, sweets and sugar, cold drinks and fried food!.

TAKE: Only double toned milk and its products and sugar free pills!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This food plan isn't so bad, your having lots of fruits, grains, and dairy products!. You'd probably lose a little bit of weight!. But If your looking to lose wieght, excersise plus this food plan will make you lose weight!. also, to lose more weight, you'll need to eat 6-8 servings of veggies too!. Like carrots, brocoli, etc!.!.!. also try to mix stuff alittle, maybe once in a while make whole wheat toast in the morning, try skipping the smoothie though!. Try some yogurt or fruit and yogurt popsicles!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

too much fruit can bung you up especially bananas and having two banana butties well that is a lot of bread for one sitting, you should try cut out the bread, nimble is ok!.
i did the special k diet, and lost 1/2 stone in 2 weeks, that was a bowl in the morn and in afternoon fruit between and plenty of water along with a nice healthy meal in the evening!.
calorie counting and cutting out fats is an ok way also!.
