Kale greens in a Black Eye Pea soup!.
Simple:
Black Eye Pea
Kale
Veggie Broth
White Balsamic Vinegar
Allspice
Thyme

Kale, Collard Greens (my favorite) and spinach would make excellent ingredients for soups! They are not bitter, they cook quickly and are very nutritious!. I would suggest especially for the collard greens and kale, chopping them up to bite size pieces!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Spinach is great, just wash it well first!. It only takes a couple of minutes to cook, so add it in last!.
also cabbage, it takes a little longer to cook!.
My daughter is a vegetarian and we make all kinds of things with spinach and black beans, those are our favorites!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
