Answers:
PB & J
Whole grain bread
Whole grain cereal
Soy milk
Rice milk
Almond milk
Lean cuisine butternut squash ravioli (delicious)
Boca burgers (fake meat)
Morningstar "meat" products
Vegetarian sushi
Mac & cheese
You can even make spaghetti and "meat" balls!. I made that today for lunch, it was great! Just pick up a package of spaghetti, a jar of your favorite tomato sauce, & a package of imitation meat balls; cook the pasta, add the sauce and meatballs, and presto! You have a delicious meal!. Its really easy to make!.
Oh and don't listen to anybody who says you can be a pollo vegetarian!.!.!. thats just silly!. A vegetarian is by definition somebody who doesn't eat ANY type of animal flesh, and that includes chicken and fish!.
Congratulations on becoming a veggie! You've made a great decision!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Transferring to vegetarianism can be both difficult and expensive!. I have been vegetarian since a very young age, and I am the same way in that I do not enjoy cooking nor do I have the ability to do so!. I recommend buying various types of vegetarian-approved burgers if you still like the flavor of meat!. There are also several soy products out there!. I like vegetarian sushi myself--it is seaweed-wrapped pieces of vegetables combined with rice!. (I personally like the cucumber ones, but there are other kinds!.) However, as healthy and satisfactory as vegetarianism is for me, it has proved to be quite on the expensive side, but I am still set on it!. Another tip: don't go the cheap route!. Cheap vegetarian burgers and other foods are prone to still containing traces of meat products!. also, if you are one of the vegetarians who eats eggs, that is a relatively cheap way to go as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
There are lots of prepackaged soy-based products, like tofu hotdogs, sausage, etc!. If you are eating dairy, cheese and yogurt are easy!. Pasta is very easy!. You can mix it up with some veggies for something different!. Pizza is easy!.!.!.just pop in the oven!. Check a health food store (if you have one in your area) They will have lots of options!. also you should add a good multi-vitamin to your diet!. You need to supplements especially for Vitamin B12!. Congrats on becoming a vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It's really simple!. You could be a pollo vegatation, which means all you eat from meats is chicken!.
But if you don't want to do that, then you have to make sure you take vitamins and supplements for protein and everything else you can only get in meat!.
I would say that you should get a veggie burger if your having any of those CRAVES, if you know what I mean!.
Other than that I would say fruits, salads, and pastas!. Fruits and salads don't require cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I eat a lot of things!. You can still eat cereals and fruits and a whole bunch of things!. Usually I stick with peaches, peanut butter and jellys, crackers and a lot more!. You can bake simple things like pastas too!. I usually put a non meat sauce on top of them!. If you're going vegan though and don't want any milk products you can still substitute with this great milk!. I'm pretty sure it's called 1/8th!. The chocolate is my favorite!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
congrats on becoming a vegetarian! the first two weeks are the hardest! some really good brands are morning star and boca!. boca makes boca burgers which are meatless patties that are delicious! you just stick them in the microwave and ta dummm! they also make veggie sausage links and other stuff like that!. you can find them in pretty much any freezer isle in a store!. same with morning star!. they make really good veggie corn dogs which you just stick in the microwave!. also they make veggie sausage patties, sausage links, fakin bakin (delicious), fake chicken nuggets, and many other things!. you can also just buy frozen vegetarian meals from the freezer section!. like beans and rice, pasta, soups, and other stuff!. if you are brave, buy some tofu and put barbeque sauce on it!. beans, rice, and cheese are your best source of calcium and delicious also!. good luck! you can do it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Can't really help you there!. I make everything!. But it's all really easy :D
I usually have about a 1/2 cup of brown beans because they are really high in iron!.
Eat lots of green leafy foods!.
I would suggest a multi-vitamin pill everyday, so you don't get sick all the time!. Although you will for the first few months cause it takes a while for your body to adjust!.
also try to eat as healthy as possible!. Cut back on the junk !
Hope this helps, and good luck :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
