It is a hell of lot easier to become a non strict vegetarian!. I just lean heavily towards being a veggie and reap the benefits!. I still have pizza but very rarely!. Every other week I have eggs over hard and ham!.!. The rest of the time, I'm a fairly strict vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A vegetarian yes, can eat eggs!. Vegetarians (in the typical sense) just dont eat meat!. Vegans on the other hand cannot eat eggs!. But whether they want to or not is up to them!.
