That's not enough food and it's definitely not a good variety of healthy foods!. You need some diet changes and you also need to add in some healthy foods!. Let's take a look at what you're already eating and make some adjustments!.
Breakfast - Toast or oatmeal are great base foods for a healthy breakfast!. However, the toast should be of the whole grain variety and the oatmeal should be labeled old fashioned oats, steel cut oats, or something similar!.!.!.nothing quick cooking or flavored!. Spread some unsweetened nut butter on the the toast or add some soy milk to the oatmeal!. A piece of fresh fruit will round out the meal!.
Lunch - Both of the choices you have chosen for lunch are pretty much junk food!. Even those 'health' bars are very often not that healthy at all!. It seems like you might be eating on the go or at school!. Veg*ns need to get used to packing their lunches!. If you can't warm up your food then a cold whole wheat pasta salad, sandwiches, hummus, falafel, stick veggies, and salads are just a few of the great options!. If having warm dishes is an option, then simply warming up dinner left overs is what I often do!.
Dinner - Your dinner isn't so bad!. It really just depends on what type of pasta you're eating and what you're putting on the potato!. The dinner could be improved though!. Dinner is wide open! Just base it around some vegetables cooked in olive oil (there are tons of great veggies) and whole grains (like brown rice, millet, barley, whole wheat pasta, quinoa, etc)!. Add nuts, seeds, tofu, tempeh, seitan, or beans for some added protein to the meal!. Fresh fruit as a dessert can be slightly boring sometimes!. I like to thinly slice apples, spread them with nut butter, top it with banana slices, sprikle with cinnamon and hemp nuts, and drizzle with just a touch of agave nectar!. Wow, that's really little!. And not in a good way, in a bad way!. Even for a diet for losing weight, it's really not healthy!. You will of course lose weight, but because you will lose it very fast, you will get some stuff in your body not working as good as before (like your legs, you will feel them a bit more heavy or something) and then when you eat something just a bit more someday, you'll gain on A LOT of weight extremely fast!. You need to eat at least 5 times per day, small portions but healthy!.

Way too little!. You need way more protien!. If you're trying to be vegetarian try including some tofu, eggs, milk, veggie burgers, veggie nuggets, etc etc!. You also need a way bigger lunch! That barely counds as a snack! Have a nice big salad!. You also need more fruits and veggies in this kind of diet!. Sounds like you need to speak to your doctor on how to properly change your diet!.
