Is this ok to eat in a day?!


Question: Is this ok to eat in a day!?
Today I had:

B- 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ peanut butter
5 strawberries

snack - a handful of caesar croutons (yes i like to eat those)

L- Mixed green salad with honey dijon dressing

Snack- handful of almonds

D- I never had it yet but i thinks its gonna be 1!.5 serving of browin rice with a little salt (i cant use soy sauce it gives me headaches because of the msg)

drinks i had was green tea and water

I think you maybe should eat a little more!. What you are eating is healthy!. Strawberries are great as part of a balanced breakfast!. Try eating more fruit as a snack, and I would suggest eating a bigger meal at Lunchtime!.
The almonds will supply zinc, iron, essential fatty acids and a range of vitamins & minerals!. So almonds are a fantastic snacking option!.

To increase the ''good fats'' in your diet, incorporate olive oil in cooking!. Increase your protein intake with soy milk and beans!. Other than that, what you are eating is nutritious!.

[edit] A cup of organic soy milk= 8g protein
Handful of almonds= 10g protein
Slice of bread= about 5g protein
If you eat half a can of baked beans (10g protein), then this will boost your protein intake!. =)

This sounds like a well-balanced vegetarian diet!. My only worry would be that you're getting enough iron and protein from your food, but with the almonds, whole wheat bread and green vegetables, you seem to be doing everything you should be to maintain proper nutrition!. aren't you starving, of course it's not enough, how about some more veggies and some kind of protein with your rice, you need to eat, even on a diet,your body needs fuel, eat, i mean at least eat more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

but it all depends on your age!. if you are young, you should eat a little more than that!.

If you are on diet then its fine go ahead, but if you are just trying to maintain your weight, i would probably advise you to add more carbohydrate to your diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think that is a perfectly fine amount of food in one day! Maybe you should eat a little more for dinner though!.

that is ok but you want to get some protein in there like some chicken unless ur vegetarian then might want to eat more vegetables and fruits but thats ok what u are doing nowWww@FoodAQ@Com
