Is advil vegetarian? does it have a gelatin coating?!

Question: Is advil vegetarian!? does it have a gelatin coating!?
Answers:
Advil isn't vegetarian!. It has bone in it and it has gelatin coating it!.

Gelatin isn't vegetarian, someone said this above - they are wrong!. Gelatin is animal bone, skin, and hooves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Is the desire to sacrifice your health over the coating on a medication a bit too much!?

Seriously though, the gelatin coatings are used for plastic capsule pills (ie: dietary supplements, many capsule pharmaceuticals) as well as in the manufacturing of a lot of enterics!. If you can read the label and not see gelatin or tripe and/or other animal products listed as an inert ingredient than it's vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vegetarians can eat gelatin, vegans can't!. you might not need it if you ate meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
