Vegetarians! i need your help!?!

Vegetarian 'essentials' are-
-beans/pulses
-nuts/seeds- such as almonds
-soy milk!
-LOTS of fresh fruits and vegetables
-wholemeal bread
-fortified breakfast cereal
-meat alternatives are not essential, but you may find it easier to transfer to vegetarianism if you include them!.
It's good to eat a combination of different proteins throughout the day!. Enjoy a varied diet!. A vegetarian diet is suitable for all ages, so it doesn't matter how old you are!.
