Answers:
Lol of course!
That is the purpose of the brand!. Just make sure you follow the directions on the back and you'll be set to go!.
Oh yea, using this brand in your cakes will be super cool!. You won't be able to tell the difference between a cake with Ener-G eggs and a cake with regular eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am copying + pasting my response to another vegan egg substitute question!. Not all egg substites are vegan - most aren't actually!. Here ya go:

Ener-G is the egg replacer I use!. It comes in a box- not in the dairy section with the 'egg replacer's typically!. Those do have egg in them, on average!.

According to my "Vegan Starter Kit" you can use these to substitute eggs depending on the recipe:
1 egg =
1 tbsp!. cornstarch + 2 tbsp!. water
or
1 ounce of mashed tofu
or
1 tbsp!. of ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp!. water
or
1/2 banana
or
Ener-G Egg replacer (the box isn't in front of me but it shows how many tbsp = 1 egg)

A lot of free online recipes tell you what to use when searching for vegan recipes (like vegan pancakes!)!.
Hope this helps!

Yes, thats what they're made for! My mom made me a cake with those (she has to lower her cholesterol) as well as soy milk and it still came out great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use Ener-G egg replacer for the past 15 years and it works great! In any recipe too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Free range chicken eggs are the most healthy kind to use!. They also are a great source of protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
