As the others are stating eat whole grains!. I see a lot of what looks like white flour in your diet!. It doesn't contain adequate fiber!. Start trying to fix yourself meals with brown rice or a serving of potatoes mixed with a serving of legumes!. Potato is a grain by the way so don't mix potatoes with rice!.

2 vegan cookies a day!? What size are they!? That may be a problem for you!. I have in front of me a cookie from Alternative Baking company!. Even though it's vegan I'm not supposed to eat the whole thing in one day because the nutrional info says that it's officially two servings!. So maybe you should start limiting yourself to vegan sweets one day or so a week!. Reward yourself on the weekend!. This cookie will sit here until Saturday!.

also start eating more broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, asparugus and such!. They contain the type of fiber that you need to keep you regular!. I'm concerned that the white flour may be stoppping you up and making you gain weight!. So switching to whole grains that you are not allergic to and crunchy veggies will probably do the trick!. also try incorporating some tofu just for variety and taste!.

Lastly, Spring is right!. Vegans do need to exercise and burn extra calories from fats in nuts, legumes, and such!. Start getting at least 45 minutes of day of safe rigorous cardio and you will probably find it easier to maintain a desirable weight!.

The vegan food pyramid should help you determine how many servings of different types of food you need each day!.
Measure the fatty food before cooking it or eating it raw!.

Let me guess, those are frozen foods that you heat up in the microwave!? If that is the case, that would explain it!. Even the vegan microwave dinners/snacks can be fattening if you eat them all the time!.

Try making fresh food, eating some of your veggies raw!. Instead of eating cookies every day, eat some fruit when you crave something sweet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try eating more fruits, veggies, beans, and whole grains!. Are the spring rolls fried!? You might want to take those out!.

I lost weight by eating lots of vegan soups and whole grains!.

Too many carbs maybe!? Make sure you're sticking with whole wheat products!. And are you doing anything for exercise!? You need dark greens for sure, and you can replace the cookies with fruit instead and get healthier sugars from that!. Make aure you're getting plenty of protein as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Apart from the carbs issue which will bloat you as a false weight gain, try to up your water intake!. It helps with digestion and will reduce any bloating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
