I want to eliminate meat from my diet and cleanse my body?!

This is a very good way to cleanse your body, and I tip my hat to you on caring enough to try and keep yourself healthy, here we go!.
Week one is only fruit and veggies, not even cooked!.
Water water water, plenty of water this whole time, I'd say half a gallon a day if your active, a little under that if your not!.
You go and get organic apple juice and drink a cup every two hours, (has to be organic unfortunately or it won't do the trick)
During this week you eat fresh veggies for your meal and fresh fruits for your desert!.
You won't feel deprived because you can eat all the fruit and veggies you want, mix it up, combinations keep the palate happy!.
Start of week 2, you add dairy in, now you can eat your fruit with fresh cream or redi whip (only buy the Extra creamy redi whip as it has no additives that can harm you, fresh cream is actually very good for you and won't wreck your diet because its high in good fats, not bad) you can eat cheese now, and I suggest getting something smoked to ease your savory craving!.
Smoked cheddar, Gouda or pepper jack are wonderful pared with fruit and veggies, you'll feel like your in Paris!
You don't have to drink the organic apple juice the second week (but if you'd like to go for it!) you can add any juice you want now, as long as its 100% juice!.
3rd week, white meats!.
Now that your body is almost clean, you want to introduce some good protein to give you the energy to finish it!.
No more pork! Yes, holidays go ahead and splurge, but pork has so many parasites that it will wreck the hard work you've just done!.
Avoid it like the plague!.
During this third week, tuna, turkey and chicken and really the only meats I suggest, their light, full in protein and not in fat!.
Try a fruit chicken salad, or a turkey cranberry one, wonderful!.
4th week add whole grains back into your diet!.
Oatmeal, rice and wheat!.
Try to go for natural things when possible as these help your intestines and not hinder them!.
After that, so long as you stay away from sodas and corn syrup, substitute sugars (fake sugar causes cancer, everyone thought all these years diet pop was good for them all the while it ate away at their bones and their blood!) if you must avoid sugar, clover and wild flower honey are wonderful!.
also organic sugar and brown sugars, even white sugar in the raw is excellent!.

Fast for a few days days and eliminate meat from your diet!. During that time when you do eat only choose poultry and seafood!. As you wean your body off of beef, for example, you can substitute with Morning Star products!. It is amazing what technology has allowed us to create from vegetables!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
