Answers:
There are some foods that are actually poisonous when eaten raw, like some beans!. Make sure you know what you're doing!.

It is not "time to detox", it is time to get healthy!. If this raw vegan diet is just another form of starvation and/or losing weight, then you should not do it!. The cycle you're describing goes beyond the scope of just nutritional advice!. I hope that you are getting help to control your habits, and I hope that you get well!. also remember that nothing said on a message board has any value compared to the advice of your doctors!. Listen to them, they have your best interests in mind and are not pushing an agenda!.

unless you're a dietician yourself, its highly unlikely you're getting all the nutrients you need from being a raw vegan!. Some fruits/veggies in fact release better vitamins when they've been cooked (like tomatoes)!.

I would address the psychological reasons behind why you're binging and starving first!. That's a much more important issueWww@FoodAQ@Com

Flatulence will still be a problem!. Take Beano for that (I like the drops)!.

Knock yourself out! I've known perfectly happy (albeit eccentric) raw people!. In the SF area we have great Raw restaurants!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
