What are the steps in becoming raw?!
I know what raw is but do you only eat vegetables!? Can someone give me the main ideas in this raw way of eating because i want to know what to eat and what not to eat!. thnx???Www@FoodAQ@Com

Basically you eat raw fruits and veggies as well as seeds and nuts and oils (all in their raw form of course!.) You would be amazed at the variety of foods that you can eat!. You can also eat the foods in their dehydrated state so that it changes the texture of the food but doesn't kill the live enzymes!. There are lots of raw food books and cookbooks that you can read to get an idea of the stuff that you can eat!. Rawvolution is a great cookbook by Matt Amsden with lots of pictures!. He has a website too!. ( rawvolution!.com) It is definitely not just vegetables! Try a raw food restaurant in your area to really see some of the gourmet choices that are available!. also, Whole Foods Market has lots of raw cereals and other dehydrated products that are delicious!.
