I'm not quite sure what you mean, love!. Are you saying you can't get these things or you don't want to use them!?
Walmart doesn't stock tofu!? Here in the Uk, Walmart has recently taken over Asda supermarkets, and they do stock tofu!. Sorry to hear that yours doesn't, suggest you e-mail them and ask why!.
I don't care for fake meats, only use them for social reasons like Xmas dinner!.
If you tolerate nuts, there's lot you can do with them, also sunflower & pumpkin seeds, canned beans, sesame seeds!.!.!. suggest you look at the Vegetarian Society and the Vegan Society websites for more help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmm!. Have you tried soups!?

I sometimes make italian chickpea & pasta soup!.!.!.it's filling!.

I usually put an onion, one-two celery sticks & two carrots in a food processor & blend until fine!. Then I put them & about 1TBSP of olive oil in the bottom!.

I cook them on a med heat until soft (2-3 min), then add Chickpeas (if you are using canned, use 400g/14oz!. If you are using dried, soak 200g/7oz overnight in the fridge in plenty of water), White Kidney Beans (also called cannelini beans!?, 100g if dried, treat them the same as chickpeas double that if canned!.)

Cook them for 5 minutes, then add half of a can of diced tomatoes or passata (either is fine), and 2!.5 cups of vege stock (you can make your own or buy cubes to put in water)!.

Cover & bring to the boil!. Lower until it is simmering gently, then keep coverd for one hour!. Add another 2!.5 cups of stock & add one cup of dried pasta!.
It makes quite a lot & freezes well :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

oh man i love food!
-couscous with a little stew of spinach or kale, tomato, chickpeas, onions and spices (cumin, chili powder etc) to taste
-chili! sooo good, very easy too!. black beans, tomato, any kind or amount of chopped veggies!. whatever you like!.
-brown rice, steamed broccoli and peanut sauce

beans are a really good sub for tofu and mock meat as they are packed with protein, and you can buy 'em everywhere, they're cheap and there are tons of different kinds!. And they don't really make you gassy if you are healthy and your body is used to them and you drink enough water!.

that was a bit of bean rant!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just FYI, my walmart carries tofu over in the middle of their produce and yeah the staff for the most part are worthless!. I am also trying to find recipes that do not use these ingredients as they do not work with my body!. I will keep you up dated with what I find!Www@FoodAQ@Com
