Personally, I think of it as a lifestyle!. I am 5-year veggie myself, and I feel like it is something I will never change about my eating!. I am very against the eating of living, breathing, eating, reproducing flesh!. It's cruel to eat cows, pigs, chickens, and all the other types of meat!. But hey, that's just me!. It's a choice!. Though it is one I will never change!. That is how I see it from my perspective!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Odd as it may seem in a nation full of commitment phobics, most people who chooses to live this lifestyle are committed to it!. No, not as a fad or even on a trial basis!. Most of us have given it real thought and are happier, healthier and much more able to more with greater focus and energy than our omnivorous counterparts!. Why would we want to change that!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

an enhanceable lifestyle as i put it!.!.!.!.because the best way to appreciate vegetarianism is by actually start cooking yourself! you can use your imagination to blend various varities of veggies and grains/beans/lentils!.!.!.the experiment gains more spice and suspense as days go by!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well i knew i could always change back if my health went to risk but i made it my lifestyle and yes it is hard now and then but i just have to remind myself what a huge difference i am making along with the other hundreds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think of it as both since all lifestyles are choices that we make and can be changed!. Nothing is set in stone in the way we live or in the choices we make!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

could be both or neither - a lifestyle can be changed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
