Answers:
Your obnoxious carnivore is 100% wrong!. If that was true, you'd be able to find a doctor in this country who has actually seen a case of kwashiorkor!.

Protein is made of amino acids!. Some your body produces all on its own; some have to be eaten!. Once your body begins digesting food, proteins are broken down into their component amino acids and your body does not distinguish the source of any individual amino acids!. You will not find a nutritional professional who will back up the notion that veg*ns are incapable of absorbing protein!. We'd all be dead if that was the case!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If this were true every single vegan-vegetarian out there would be suffering from protein deficiency!. Considering many of us are very heatlhy!.!.!.I'll go ahead and say the obnoxious carnivore needs to get his/her facts straight!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
