I dont know but you better make sure you get your 8 ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS from the supplements!. The 8 EAA are those that your body can't produce on its own and must take in from the food you eat!. Unfortunately, you can only get them from animal products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
There is no earthly reason why a vegetarian should need to take protein supplements!. All of your essential amino acids are available in plant foods and beans are not the only source (although they're great sources of protein, iron, calcium and fiber and you'd do well to find some that you do like!.) Soy foods, including meat analogs, whole grains, nuts, seeds and vegetables are all good sources!. If you're eating dairy and eggs, protein is almost certainly a non-issue for you!.
As for multivitamins, just look for a vegetarian formulation!. Most major market brands, like One-A-Day or Centrum, are not suitable for vegetarians because they have gelatin and sometimes fish!. I used to take Schiff Vegetarian Multiples until I found out that the vitamin D is animal-sourced!. If you're not concerned with minutae like that, Schiff is an easy brand to find in drug stores!. Whole Foods sells at least 10 different varieties of vegetarian multivitamins!. I now take Deva's vegan multi!.
If you're eating a varied, balanced vegetarian diet, you probably do not NEED a multi, but I think of it as good insurance since my diet is not exactly perfect every day!. But all of your nutrients are available on a vegetarian diet and your main focus should be on learning how to nourish yourself with food, rather than supplements!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hmmm!.!.!.!. Lots of protein shakes on the market!. Thought about trying those!? Eggs are loaded with protein, and I'm not sure if you're a vegetarian strictly for health reasons, but if so fish is extremely extremely good for you and contains ridiculous amounts of protein!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
go to any drug store they will tell u which is right for u!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
