Wow that's great!

It's probably because you are eating more fresh fruit and vegetables which are high in vitamin C (essential for the 'glow' factor)!.

Clear, glowing skin is a sign that your body is healthy and functioning properly!. It indicates good health, I know quite a few fellow vegans/vegetarians that have awesome skin because veg*ns typically eat more healthy foods!. In addition to fruit & veg, nuts, seeds, beans and wholegrain are excellent skin boosting foods!.

Wholegrains & nuts provide a lot of Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that keeps the skin supple & dewy!.

The best tip!? Keep eating what you are eating and the benefits will be lasting :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just go to www!.goveg!.org and you'll see all the reasons, next the ones that you already know!. :-) Congratulations on becoming a vegetarian by the way! And just keep telling yourself the reasons!. also, you could make a points system or something, where if you give in and eat meat, you lose 25 points and have to give a quarter to your sister or something!. :-) Good luck and keep up the good work! Becoming a vegetarian was one of the best decisions I've ever made!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It was because you left meat!. If you eat chicken and fish, it would be fine but beef, ham and mutton can harmful!. Even lobsters, etc!. you have been eating more fruits and vegetables this is what caused it as they make the skin better!. You can eat chicken if you want!. Even i do this and i do have a clear skin!. Keep on with you food habits!.
