Off hand I can think of:
-spoon by itself over pasta of choice
-use to top grilled eggplant, zucchini and other veggies of choice!. You can also use this combo as a pasta sauce like above or bake as an entree
-add in a vegetarian breakfast burrito (with or without eggs/cheese)
-use in baked potatoes instead of sour cream/cheese
-use in place of ketchup in vegetarian sandwiches
- add a dollop on soups
It's a tomato based condiment/dish so you can pretty much use it on any recipe that calls for tomatoes/tomato sauce!. Or replace another ingredient with it to spice up a dish

The rest that I can remember off hand are non veggie foodsWww@FoodAQ@Com
