Making home made egg rolls. Best way to store uncooked ones?!

Question: Making home made egg rolls!. Best way to store uncooked ones!?
I am making homemade veggie egg rolls!. I know that even a small head of cabbage yields quite a bit when its shredded, so I'm just going to roll with it and make as many as I can!. I want to cook a few to eat immediately and a few to eat withint the next few days, but I would like to freeze the rest!.
Is it better to cook them and then freeze them or just roll them, freeze them and cook them once they thaw!?
also, do you know how long they will keep in the freezer!?
Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Freezing Egg Rolls
You can freeze egg rolls, either before or after deep-frying!. Wrap the egg rolls in aluminum foil and seal in a plastic bag in the freezer - this will keep them moist!. (If the egg rolls have already been deep-fried, wait until they have cooled before freezing)!. Store the wrapped egg rolls in a resealable bag in the freezer for up to four months!. Thaw uncooked egg rolls in the bag in the refrigerator before deep-frying!. Reheat cooked egg rolls briefly in the oven or deep-fry them again!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Freeze them first, I use bags of coleslaw mix when I make them, it saves a lot of time!Www@FoodAQ@Com
