!?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I'm not sure exactly how much anymore but my diet consists mostly of grains, legumes, and vegetables so I probably get a good deal of both!.
I'm cool though, I bike fifteen to thirty miles a day- some days I do sixty, so the pasta does not do me wrong!

Breakfast: rolled old fashioned oats- 1/3 of a cup
with variable fruits!.

snack: apple

Lunch: homemade soup usually with barley 1/3 cup, lentils 1/3 cup, tofu 1/4 "brick", lol, chick peas 1/3 cup, and various veggies!.

snack: shredded wheat 1 cup with 1/3 cup soy milk and and orange!.

snack: 1 orange, 1 apple

Dinner: 1/3 cup (dry) pasta with protein intensive stuff!. Lentils, tofu, veggie burger, and various vegetables with a little tomato sauce!.

Desert: a beer or a shot of vodka (sometimes) rice crackers (about ten) with 1/2 teaspoon of preserves on each!.
I don't always have desert, though!. Probably 2 to 3 times a week!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hmm i'm not toatally sure but!.!.heres what i ussually eat:
Breakfast: Quaker Oats Cinnamin Spice oatmeal with strawberrys
Lunch: PB and J on white bread or Lettuce, Tomato and Refried beans on a hamburger bun!. And a bag of baked lays or a soft pretzel
Snack: Usually fruit like a banana or a bowl of cereal and rice milk or peanut butter on toast
Dinner: Depends, but probably something from Amy's like frozen pizza or soup, or i'll have a gardenburger or if i didnt have cereal for a snack, then thats good!.
