To answer this question you'd need to define the term 'best'!. Even then, it would probably be a subjective answer!.

I can only speak from personal experience and turning vegan, for me, was the best decision I ever made!. I not only feel healthier now but I am generally a much calmer and happier person!.

My anger problems dissapeared after giving up meat and my allergies have dissapeared since giving up milk!. There are just so many benefits!. To sum up though!.!.!. I feel a hundred times better, physically and mentally since turning vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Our teeth are made to eat everything!. A diet high in meat fat isn't good for you, but now and again is better than no meat at all!. It all depends on your beliefs I think, as some people see eating meat as cruel!. I would say no animal products at all such as not having milk or eggs isn't that good for you as you need protein for muscle!.

I don't mind eating meat slaughtered in Britain as we have animal welfare laws that say animals have to be killed humanely and stunned before hung!. I dislike animals killed for religious reasons such as kosher and halal where it's hung up conscious and its neck is cut!.

If you're going to ask this on the veggie part you're going to get more views in favour of that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want scientific proof, then the choice is obvious - being a vegetarian will cut down on the risk of basically every major disease including the two major killers of Americans - Heart Disease and Cancer!. It'll also help you keep your weight under control!. There is so much scientific information out there that I won't bother to link, just look it up on google, and also take a look at the Center for Science in the Public Interest which recommends a plant-based diet!.

I mean, you asked for "which is best!?!?!?" Which is very vague, but if you're speaking about best for health, vegetarian is the way to go without a doubt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
