As long as you are a vegetarian and not a vegan the richest source available for you are cheeses they typically contain 20- 30% protein depending on the exact cheese e!.g cheddar and Edam 26%!.
Nuts are also very good sources ranging from 15% - 20% e!.g almonds 21%, walnuts 15% but peanuts are 28%!.
