As long as you are a vegetarian and not a vegan the richest source available for you are cheeses they typically contain 20- 30% protein depending on the exact cheese e!.g cheddar and Edam 26%!.

Nuts are also very good sources ranging from 15% - 20% e!.g almonds 21%, walnuts 15% but peanuts are 28%!.

Beans are also a very good source they contain just 9% protein when cooked but given that one can easily eat a 500 gram portion that's 45 grams of protein, a whole day's requirement!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quinoa, whole wheat bread and pasta, nuts, beans, peas, soy products are all great sources but almost everything else also has protein in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
